To anyone who has tried both, have you seen measurable differences in terms of feel, performance, launch, flight, turf interaction and forgiveness between these 2 irons? I don't have access to a fitter at this time but i think i know my shaft (project x 6.0) recommended by a club. What i did noticed is mizuno was using chromoly 4140m in the jpx 921 irons and switched to using chromoly 4335 which is 35% stronger in the jpx 923 irons.
